1 lb mahi mahi fillets (or other white fish, such as white seabass, red snapper, or halibut)
Blackened or Creole seasoning
Pat fish fillets dry with paper towel.
Drizzle lime juice over fish fillets and coat with seasoning.
Cook in skillet on grill or stove on high heat, flipping once.
This recipe works great as fish tacos, too!
