This was the first time I had bought and prepared a whole Red Snapper and I was nervous about the outcome!
No need to have been, it turned out to be delicious. I baked it with lemon, herbs de province and brushed it with olive oil, salt and pepper. I baked it at 425 degrees for 25 minutes and it was a "hit." I served it with roasted winter vegetables.
