Poke (pronounced poh-KAY) is a popular Hawaiian dish made with cubed raw tuna mixed with sauce and seasonings. Smoked sea salt and smoked minced garlic give our poke seasoning a unique twist to a traditional dish. Cube some of our fresh, wild-caught, sashimi-grade ahi tuna or bluefin tuna and toss it with a couple tablespoons of poke sauce and a tablespoon of poke seasoning blend.
