The freshly ground pistachio nut topping is seasoned with dill and garlic, and the macadamia nut topping is mixed with coconut, pineapple, and ginger.

Instructions

Simply press the topping onto the surface of your favorite fish to coat. Squeeze a wedge of lemon and bake at 425° for 12-15 minutes per 1" thickness of fish.

Covers 2-3 lbs of fish.
